Shipping

Roll For Creativity is a small business, run by one woman in her spare room in the UK. I create, pack, and ship all orders using Royal Mail. Once your payment is received, your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days, unless the listing says otherwise (personalised and custom orders.

Orders within the UK

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail, with Tracked 48 being the default tracked option. While Royal Mail advertise this service as being delivered within 2 business days, they advise it can take 1-2 weeks. Unforeseen delays may also occur.

International Orders

Shipping available for Australia, Canada and USA. 
Due to GPSR, I am now unable to ship to the EU. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Delivery time varies based on your location. Estimated:

Australia: 3-8 weeks
Canada: 2-4 weeks
USA: 2-4 weeks

Delays may occur due to customs withholding your parcel (they can hold it for up to 30 days), public holidays, or issues interfering with flights. Once your order has been shipped, it is out of my control what happens to it.

I am not responsible for postal delays, and cannot refund you if it arrives later than you expected.

If, after 8 weeks, your order still hasn't arrived, please contact me at caroline@rollforcreativity.co.uk so we can discuss a solution.

Customs and Import Duty/Tax

Please note that I don't know every tax, custom fee, or import duty payable in every country. Charges vary, and I cannot give you an estimate of the costs. 

Please ensure you're aware of the costs in your own country. These charges are usually due once your order arrives at the country of destination, and is your responsibility to pay. 

Addresses and dispatch details

Please make sure that the address you input is correct.
If, after ordering, you realise it's wrong, please let me know as soon as possible before I complete your order. If your order is returned to sender due to the address being incomplete or incorrect, I will either refund for the item value only (not shipping), or resend it at your expense. Orders lost due to an incorrect address will not recieve a refund.
